Objective

Develop and launch the first ever capsule collection of men’s products

Directed development and launch of a Men’s capsule collection during Pitti Uomo. Led market research for product development and pricing alongside commercial and design teams. Developed brand positioning and image, working with internal and external creative teams to design packaging, visual merchandising displays, content for social media, and other marketing collateral. Led end-to-end management of launch, which encompassed a social media campaign and an intimate PR dinner of 40 editors and influencers turned party for buzz presence during Pitti Uomo.
