Creative solution to reducing warehouse stock of accessory products
Created Christmas promotional campaign that bundled stocked handbag accessories (straps, charms, wallets) into gift boxes to create fun and interactive holiday presents. Led brand development of special edition packaging and visual merchandising display in retail stores to support the campaign. Sourced third party content producers to create engaging content. Developed global digital and influencer campaign. Launched the project with key influencers, editors, stylists in NY, along with an intimate event with VIC att the brand’s flagship store in Florence, Italy.
