Objective
Create and launch a product personalization program
Identified and solved for gaps in product personalization by introducing customizable stickers collection. Developed new brand material including packaging, visual merchandising displays, and other marketing collateral. Crafted global launch campaign with pop-ups in Selfridges London, la Rinacesnte Milan, Reel Shanghai, and Saks NY. Developed content-heavy digital campaign with promotions across Instagram and Facebook as well as influencer gifting. Built new e-commerce site dedicate to stickers for interactive customization UX. Launch collection with two events; one during Paris Fashion Week with influencers, editors, industry insiders and one at the LPJ flagship in Florence, Italy for VIC.
